Manage Passkeys

Use the following instructions to view, delete, and review activities associated with users' passkeys.

View Passkeys #

1. In IDmelon Admin Panel, go to the Users section and click on All Users.
2. Find the user whose passkeys you want to manage. Click on their User ID or Full Name to access detailed information about the user.
3. In the user’s detail view, select the Passkeys tab. This tab is dedicated to managing the user’s passkeys.
4. In the Passkeys tab, you will see a list of the user’s existing passkeys, which includes the Relying Parties (RPs) where the user has registered their security key, granting them access.

View Passkeys' Activities #

1. In the Passkeys tab, find the passkey whose activities you want to view.
2. Click on the activity icon located in the action column, next to the delete icon. This will display a list of activities associated with that specific passkey.

Delete Passkeys #

1. In the Passkeys tab, locate the specific passkey you want to delete.
2. Click on the delete icon next to the passkey to remove it. This will revoke access to the associated RPs.
