Assign an Admin to an OU

To define administrators for Organization Units through the Administrative menu, follow the below steps:

  • Access the Admin menu.

  • Within the Admin menu, locate and select the “+ New Admin” button.

  • Identify the specific Organization Unit for which you intend to assign a dedicated administrator.

  • Choose the user or users who will serve as administrators for the selected Organization Unit.

  • Select the necessary administrative privileges for the selected admin(s) within their designated OUs.

  • Confirm and save the changes.
